So is anyone into any kind of RC? Trucks, planes, quad copters (drones).
I personally have a micro helicopter, micro losi rock crawler, small quad copter and my pride and joy 1/10 scale short course truck. I have heavily modded it. Ive installed a 3650kv onyx motor and esc combo, aluminum big bore shocks, high torque savox steering servo, a 2cell and a 3cell lithium polymer battery pack and a set up bfg mud terrain wheel and tire set. There are tracks where they have races on scale courses with banked turns, burms and large jumps. It really is pretty exciting and while it isnt necessarily cheap it is alot less than running a fullsize race vehicle. Its amazing how far the technology has come in the past 15 years or so. Im gonna post a few videos to show some cool stuff.

These are drone or multirotor copters that people race...with a FPV(first person view) system that lets them fly by watching a feed from a camera mounted on the copter!
And here is what i am into. These are really high performance little machines. on the street with the right setup these things can easily go 50 mph or more. Yes...I am a tech nerd/dork... LOL
